Purpose and aims of data processing
- First and last name and email address in contact forms: to carry out any direct contact with “Bonsai Technologies” for questions, comments, suggestions, requests for services or products, or any other information. Failure to provide the minimum necessary personal data will prevent “Bonsai Technologies” from responding to the request.
If the user is under 16 years old, they must obtain authorization from their parents or legal guardians to provide their personal data. “Bonsai Technologies” has no way to actually verify the age of users and is therefore exempt from any liability in case the user does not comply with this requirement.
